Move to adjustment layer
This tool transfers all the animations of a clip, or of several clips, to adjustment layers inserted automatically right above them. Each adjustment layer comes with:
- The exact duration of its clip.
- The name "Transfer" plus the name of the clip.
- The label color of the clip.
What goes to the adjustment layer:
- The effects: all the effects that were on the clip move to the adjustment layer, in the same order and completely editable. A Lumetri, for example, goes together with its curves and its LUT.
- An animated Motion: if the Motion was animated on the original clips, its animation is automatically transferred to a Transform on the new adjustment layer.
- A clip without any effect: it also receives the adjustment layer, with a zeroed Transform already inserted on it, a convenience made for those who want to start an animation from zero the right way.
How to use it
- Select one clip, or several clips at once.
- Click on the fixed bar.
Each clip gets its own adjustment layer on the track right above it. As with every adjustment layer that Sniper uses, the one you named in the setup has to exist in the project.
