Limitations
Some things are out of the reach of the Ease, part of them because of limits in Adobe's APIs:
- The Ease works on one clip at a time. With several clips selected, it asks you to select just one.
- A property needs two keyframes or more to appear in the property list.
- A property that you renamed appears with its original name. A
Transform (01), for example, appears as justTransform. - A property that still has more than 110 keyframes, after Sniper reduces the animation to the points where the movement really changes, is marked as read only and cannot be edited.
- Position and Anchor Point have one curve for both axes: Premiere does not allow an ease per axis.
- A parameter of an effect that holds more than one number, like a Center or the corners of a Corner Pin, appears in the list, but the Apply cannot write it yet.
- An Overshoot or a Bounce curve needs a minimum duration to work. If the animation is too short, Sniper warns you before writing.
