Move Motion to Transform
This tool transfers, with one click, all the animation of the Motion to a Transform effect on the same clip. In the image nothing changes: the framing and the movement stay the same. The difference is in Effect Controls: the Motion is left without animation and the Transform starts carrying the keyframes, which lets you combine the animation with other effects and save it as a bullet that works on top of the framing of any clip.
How to use it
- Select the clip that has the animation on Motion.
- Click on the fixed bar.
- Sniper asks Move Motion to Transform?. Click Move.
A good moment to use it is right before saving an effect bullet: an animation that lives on a Transform can be fired on any clip without touching the position and the scale that the clip already has.
1 Before: the animation is on the Motion
The Scale of the Motion has the keyframes.
2 After: the Motion is left without animation
The same Scale, now without keyframes.
3 After: the Transform carries the keyframes
Sniper inserted a Transform effect on the clip, and its Scale now has the animation.
